Every tour runs on a documented safety framework: vetted stays and transport, defined teacher-to-student ratios, 24×7 trained tour managers, medical protocols with nearest-hospital mapping, comprehensive insurance for every student, and daily WhatsApp updates to parents.
Each journey is built around structured learning outcomes agreed with the school — pre-trip briefings, on-site workshops and worksheets, and post-trip presentations. Students return with exposure, adaptability and a wider sense of what’s possible.
For international tours, start 4–6 months ahead to allow for visas, parent orientation and early-bird airfares. Domestic tours can be planned in 6–10 weeks. We prepare the proposal pack for trustees and parent committees as part of the process.
